Merry Christmas Everyone!

We feel so blessed to have had so many fun experiences this year. Recently I was able to meet the author of the Hunger Games series Suzanne Collins here in Seattle and she signed my book. She was so kind and she read an excerpt from Mocking Jay. She read Katnis' part with this southern accent. It blew my mind because I didn't read her part in my mind like that but it was such an insight.
Jay really stretched his acting talents and I am so proud of him.He read a section from the Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens for our ward's Christmas fireside. He was the star of the night and has such a nice singing voice. You can watch the performance here.
Christmas morning is so fun with a four year old. We spent the day putting together toys and eating and putting together a puzzle. We love my mom so much and the Holiday is so special with her. She made a very nice turkey dinner and we playacted Luke 2 with our Jerusalem shawls and James was baby Jesus. He loved it. Merry Christmas everyone!
