What a month. Our whole family got this killer virus sore throat that turned into a secondary bacterial infection for me and after three weeks of a sore throat, I got on some antibiotics and now it is banished!!!! Yay!!!! We all got cute new tooth brushes and I am lysoling everything. Just in time for me to help out with my parents. My mom had her gallbladder out yesterday and is recovering and doing well and my dad is in cancer treatments and is very weak. Yesterday we all pulled together to get everyone to their appointments. My sister-in-law Amanda drove Mom and Dad at 6:30am to the hospital where Mom got her gallbladder out and Dad had a 7 hour blood transfusion. Then I picked up mom at 11 and then dropped dad off at his radiation at 2:00pm. Then picked up mom's medications at the pharmacy while Mark and Amanda watched James. Then I picked up Dad from the radiation at 4:00 then made dinner and then collapsed until Jay came home took James. Everyone did so well. I am so grateful for a supportive family and everyone's phone calls and well wishes for my parents. One day at a time. I feel a lot of peace and am so grateful for the Gospel.
So here is a backlog of movies and pictures from this past month.
Picture info: Dad sat down after church last month and looked like a Mafia man with his collar out so we made him put good chains on and took his picture. He is a good sport.Jay makes beautiful Cinnamon rolls for conference weekend April trip to Seattle Temple. Gorgeous flowers. James helping Grandma back pie crusts for Lemon Pie

Great pictures Susie! I am sending all my best vibes for your parents! Really, they are in our hearts and prayers.
Susie, I'm glad you are feeling better and hanging in there with everything!
You're such a great help and inspiration, Susie. My thoughts and prayers are with you guys. Happy Easter!
Your dad would be ad dead ringer for a mafia man, except for the hearts in the background. Haha.
Glad you all are getting better!
