Jay's brother John goes to train to leave for Iraq today. We had a BBQ for him down in Chehalis, Wa this weekend and stayed in Jay's parents new home the built themselves. It looks very nice with a sweet view of Mt. St. Helens. We played Guitar Hero (I love to play the songs Ruby, Reptilia, and When you were young) and James played on the trampoline with his cousins.
I also got my Breaking Dawn signed by Stephenie Meyer in Seattle on the 12th. She talked about her book with the lead from Blue October. I loved it. I told her I graduated from BYU also and she asked what year I was there and she said " Oh you still a young thing." She made me laugh through the whole thing. She doesn't produce the best literature but she is a fun story teller and I have really loved reading her books.

Total mind candy books, but it would be fun to meet her (although, now that I think about it, I don't think we would have been friends in college because I would have thought she was strange...)
I agree, the books aren't classics but they were really fun to read. Did you like the last one?
