On January 24th, James turned 18 months and is now officially allowed in Nursery. {Cheering from the balcony} I thought I would post a few of his tricks. Notice we are in the sun room at my parents home in Washington and there is ice on the pool. It has been relatively cold for this part of the world. Jay jumped through it the other day when he won in the game Acquire. Speaking of Jay, he is loving his new job with the State working with foster children. He likes his office and his gorgeous view of Mt. Pilchuck. Let's hear it for benefits! I am actually excited to go see a dentist. Jumping through the ice reminds me when I was little my brothers would have Iron Man competitions where they would go down the slide into our pool, swim to the deep end, jump off the diving board, walk across an upside down canoe then run and do three tricks on the trampoline and jump in the hot tub. Crazy!!!!!

Yeah for nursery! I hope he does well. It is amazing to be able to sit through 2 hours of church and be able to really listen...although the week after Emma went to nursery they called be to be a Primary teacher. I guess that's just how it goes. But I'm excited.
Cute video! I especially like what he says the camel says. Benjamin just grunts because one of his books depicts a "grumpy" camel. It's funny what little kids pick up.
That's funny that Sarah got called into the Primary the week after Emma went to Nursery because I did too. So watch out! You're next. No, it's actually so nice to spend two whole hours not worrying at all about Benjamin and totally focused on serving and teaching other kids. Congrats, though! That's exciting!
Also, congratulations on Jay's job. That's wonderful! It sounds like a rewarding job. And hooray for benefits too. I still need to see a dentist, but I am afraid becuase I'll probably have about 12cavities.
Wow... cool... ask and ye shall receive.
Hi Susie! Congrats on having a 18 month old and, congrats on being able to listen to sunday school and relief society now! We just started a blog at mattandkatiehafenfamily.blogspot.com. Let's keep in touch!

Yeah! What a milestone! It is amazing how much easier church gets when you only have to entertain a baby through sacrament and not through all three meetings! I posted some cute pictures of James and Sammy on our blog they are wearing their matching coats. Check it out.
Hey Susie! Your little one is so cute! We'll have to keep in touch. Anna is finally going to Nursery by herself (it had been over a year) but we also moved during that time.
I loved the way that he giggled throughout the anlmal noises. We are the nursery leaders in our ward, so we know how excited you must be. Take care.
I can't believe he is getting so big! We miss you guys!
