Dear Family and Friends,
Jay and I are so blessed this Christmas. On July 24th we had our Sweet Baby James weighing in at 8 lbs 6 oz and 20 1/2 inches. Today he is 18 lbs and 27 inches and counting. He is four months old and is off the charts for height and 90th% in weight. Surprise, surprise right?! We love him so much. Jay is currently finishing up his first semester of his clinical psychology PHD program at BYU. He loves the people he studies with and gets to be a teachers assistant for a Book of Mormon class for freshman who have expressed an interest in psychology. We live in Wymount student family housing and are loving it. There are all of these sweet families like us and a lot of support. We are also right up on the mountains and can see the Provo Temple spires as we walk out our door. We feel so blessed and I am glad I am not grading Spanish papers anymore but get to down size to teaching just one student. However, baby James is teaching me more on trying to be more selfless and patient then anything I have every experienced in my life. I have so much to learn. I know that families are divine and that Heavenly Father wants us to grow more like Him and by our children and from our spouses we learn so much. We know that Christ is our Savior and that as we start our own traditions it is so sweet to share our nativity set to James and explain, although he cannot understand quiet yet, about the love of the Savior. That's all from the Larson's. We love you all so much and can't wait for all the babies to play together.
Merry Christmas!
Susie, Jay and James
